POSITION: Tea Mate
DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Store Manager, the Tea Mate is required to:

- Greet guests using the Bubble Tease Service Standards in every interaction
- Prepare a variety of Bubble Tease specialty products with expertise
- Prepare all ingredients used in Bubble Tease specialty products
- Stock and refresh all ingredients on a regular basis
- Handle cash with diligence
- Clean and sanitize equipment and store environment at all times
- Complete weekly maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Perform Opening and Closing Procedures.

The Tea Mate must possess:

- A friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong memorization skills
- A proactive attitude
- Competency in working as a team (positive teamwork attitude)
- Superb time management skills (understands the need for urgency)
- Proficient English skills

WAGE: Starting current minimum wage/hour

DESCRIPTION:The Sandwich Prep Person and Server is primarily responsible for interacting with customers and preparing and serving all of the company’s freshly made breakfast, sandwich and salad products. A key player in the company’s focus on exceptional customer service, the Sandwich Prep Person and Server is responsible for creating a fun and relaxing environment for all of our customers. He or she is knowledgeable of all of the products and is able to answer all of customer’s questions on the products and services offered. He or she also assists in maintaining product quality and a clean and aesthetically immaculate product display.

POSITION: Junior Manager
DESCRIPTION: The Junior Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operation of the business. He or she supervises the operations of all employees and is responsible for the success of the business. Second in command to the General Manager, he or she is primarily responsible to meet the company’s focus on exceptional customer service; he or she must foster the creation of a fun and relaxing environment for all of our customers. He or she is knowledgeable of all of the products and is able to answer all of customer’s questions on the products and services offered. He or she assists in maintaining product quality and a clean and aesthetically immaculate product display. The Junior Manager is also primarily responsible for the production of gelato and maintenance of inventory of gelato product.
